Service engagements
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, not these terms. These terms cover use of this website only. Scope, price, payment, delivery and liability for a project are set in the contract we sign with each client, drawn up in line with Islamic commercial honesty: no riba, no gharar, no maysir, no fraud.
No warranties
This site is provided as is for informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted. Where a service is delivered under contract, the warranties are those in the signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
